Who are you and what do you do?
Alex Hooper, Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Techtronic Industries Power Equipment (“TTiPE”), over Review Management for RYOBI and select RIDGID products. TTiPE develops, manufactures, and sells a variety of outdoor products and power tools for the DIY homeowner and professional contractor under the RYOBI and RIDGID brands internationally.

What was your situation in the company or what was your main problem and how was it solved using the gominga application?In which „area“ do you rely on gominga?

Without gominga, responding to reviews and questions would have been done through two different applications for our brand and retailer sites, and then a manual import of that data into our CRM for reporting or any follow-up with customers.

This type of workflow would have been timely and inefficient. By importing our UGC data into our CRM and giving us the ability to respond from that application, gominga has helped streamline our process and improved our review management program.

We needed an application that would be able to integrate with both our CRM and UGC platform, and gominga was able to meet that need.
