The future camp award of the CCW 2019 goes to gominga!

The jury again awards the future camp award of the CCW 2019 to an innovative customer service start-up!

gominga from Munich convinced the jury, which is made up of the trade fair advisory board of the CCW 2019, in the public live pitch!

At this year’s international convention for call center management, Founder Wolfgang Greipl impressed with his short presentation
“Customer Care on Amazon & Co … Is That Possible?”.

With ten exhibitors in the future camp of the CCW, it was not easy for the jury, which is made up of the CCW 2019 trade fair advisory board, to chose a winner.

As a congress trade fair with more than 270 exhibitors, 8200 visitors, 120 lectures, 4 congresses and 3 days, the CCW offers the knowledge platform for call centers, customer service and customer communication: trends, networking & lectures on modern & successful customer dialogue.
