Key Account Manager

Currently we are looking for a Key Account Manager in our Munich office, who will help grow our B2B customer base. You will build a strong client connections and gain insight into how we can create maximum value for our customers.

Job description

  • You provide strategic and operational support to our customers.
  • You identify the needs of our customers and help them to get the most out of our tool.
  • Up- and cross-selling of our products are part of your tasks as well as the constant exchange with our marketing and tech teams.
  • You are a sparring partner and expert for all matters concerning review management, Amazon, Google and online marketplaces.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience in B2B sales / key account management / business development, ideally in the environment of brand / manufacturers and/or large companies.
  • You are a digital native and interested in topics related to eCommerce.
  • You can think analytically and like to work independently and on your own responsibility.
  • You are motivated and see your chance to play a decisive role in a young technology company.
  • A university degree rounds off your profile.
