The psychology of evaluation

Three important influencing factors: orientation, trust and purchase decision. The study shows that ratings have an enormous influence on attitudes towards a product or service: 91.9% of respondents say that ratings give them orientation. Another important influencing factor is the increase in trust: 81% state that evaluations increase their trust. The purchase decision is also significantly influenced by evaluations: 78.3% of respondents state that evaluations influence their purchase decision.
