Customer Support Manager

At our location in Munich we are looking for an employee in the area of Customer Support (E-Commerce). You will be responsible for 1st level support with our online tool as part of our full service for our customers.

Job description

  • You independently process negative reviews and questions about our customers’ products.
  • You work closely with the 2nd level support of our customers.
  • You analyze the data of all reviews and questions and draft recommendations for action.
  • You create monthly reports and present them to the customers.

Your profile

  • You are looking for a part-time job and work independently.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German.
  • You are a digital native and interested in eCommerce topics.
  • You can think analytically and like to work independently and on your own responsibility.
  • You are motivated and see your chance to play a decisive role in a startup.
  • You have good knowledge in internet research and online trade (especially Amazon) and are fit with MS Office programs (especially Excel & Powerpoint).
