At our location in Munich we are looking for an employee in the area of Customer Support (E-Commerce). You will be responsible for 1st level support with our online tool as part of our full service for our customers.
Job description
- You independently process negative reviews and questions about our customers’ products.
- You work closely with the 2nd level support of our customers.
- You analyze the data of all reviews and questions and draft recommendations for action.
- You create monthly reports and present them to the customers.
Your profile
- You are looking for a part-time job and work independently.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German.
- You are a digital native and interested in eCommerce topics.
- You can think analytically and like to work independently and on your own responsibility.
- You are motivated and see your chance to play a decisive role in a startup.
- You have good knowledge in internet research and online trade (especially Amazon) and are fit with MS Office programs (especially Excel & Powerpoint).
