Cross-Channel – Quo Vadis?

The study “Cross-Channel – Quo Vadis? by ECC Cologne shows, among other things, what needs consumers have during their shopping process, how large the gap between cross-channel offers and their actual use really is and how strongly Amazon already controls consumer behaviour today. Individual industries, target groups and purchasing situations are examined in detail. The study is based on a survey of 1,500 consumers in March of 2017.
